Definitely do NOT recommend for people with poor/bad credit. Paid just as much in fees the same day the card was activated. May as well have robbed Peter to pay Paul! Didn't get anywhere with this. Just another monthly payment that wasn't worth the envelope it is mailed in. Not impressed with the mobile app, cannot see balance or transaction information. Unbelievable!
