I paid my account early. I paid 500.00 one day and 276.10 the next day. The 276.10 was available immediately and I'm still waiting for the 500.00 to post to my account. After speaking with customer service I was told that it takes larger payments longer to post than smaller ones. I personally think it's because the 500.00 would pay off my account and they wouldn't be able to charge me interest

Things Keep Getting Worse

The situation just continues to deteriorate. I previously raised concerns about being informed that my payment was late because it was after 5 PM, or that my bank doesn't process payments instantly. While I appreciate that they reversed the alleged late fees I supposedly incurred for three consecutive months, I discovered today that they have canceled my card. This is absurd. They claimed that I requested its closure, which is a blatant falsehood. It seems they reversed the so-called late payments and then canceled my card. I've learned my lesson: steer clear of this service.
