I urge you to refer to my earlier review. I purchased shoes on 12/27 and have been struggling to return them for several weeks. Initially, I logged into the website using a search engine, but when I attempted to log in for the return, my account was inaccessible. I followed the forgot password steps and was supposed to receive a reset email, but it never arrived. After emailing, I got a response four days later, directing me to bypass the website and use a provided link, which was ineffective (I have a screenshot to prove it). I also received a request from a review platform to share my feedback, and their response was baffling. They stated that the extended return period had expired, which doesn't even apply in my case since I made my purchase on 12/27 and the policy allows for 28 days for returns. Why is incorrect information being given? Is the intention to make me keep these shoes so they can retain my money? The shoes were uncomfortable for both me and my husband. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company. Their customer service not only lacks courtesy and assistance (please check my previous review for details), but it seems they are trying to pressure me into keeping these shoes. I kindly request that the company do the right thing and help me with a return label!
