Review Time
I have just started wearing a new pair of work shoes, my last pair I wore everyday for 3 years, I still don't want to chuck them out as plenty of wear left in them. They are so light weight which stops the fatigue in my legs, very comfortable like wearing foot gloves.
With two artificial hip joints and degenerated Achilles tendons, I depend on good shoes. Thanks to Fit Flop, I can go on longer city trips or even hikes.
I am absolutely delighted that Fit Flop has evolved from a health shoe to a fashion label. This means I can wear my Fit Flops at home, in the office, out and about in the city or in the mountains, and even when I go out in the evening.
Style and comfort
This is my second pair of shoes and as the first one, is lovely, and very, very comfortable.I love them and my husband too...he wears a small shoe size and has taken them from me. You should think about doing it for men in small size.
Very easy to make exchanges with immediate returns and speedy delivery. I have always enjoyed Fit Flop products, all year round. This time I got a birthday discount as well!!
I’m on my 3rd pair of FitFlop wellies and each pair have split on the seams. I’ve spoken to customer service and each time I’m told they will look into why this is happening!! I will not be getting a replacement for this 3rd pair as there is no point, as I think there is a design fault. Extremely disappointed!
These shoes are incredibly comfortable and well-made. They offer a wide fit suitable for bunions and provide excellent support for those with flat feet. I own several styles, from my dog-walking boots to shiny silver trainers for special occasions and everyday high-tops. My only concern is that the company tends to discontinue styles quickly, so if you find one you love, it might not come back. Overall, fantastic footwear.
I urge you to refer to my earlier review. I purchased shoes on 12/27 and have been struggling to return them for several weeks. Initially, I logged into the website using a search engine, but when I attempted to log in for the return, my account was inaccessible. I followed the forgot password steps and was supposed to receive a reset email, but it never arrived. After emailing, I got a response four days later, directing me to bypass the website and use a provided link, which was ineffective (I have a screenshot to prove it). I also received a request from a review platform to share my feedback, and their response was baffling. They stated that the extended return period had expired, which doesn't even apply in my case since I made my purchase on 12/27 and the policy allows for 28 days for returns. Why is incorrect information being given? Is the intention to make me keep these shoes so they can retain my money? The shoes were uncomfortable for both me and my husband. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company. Their customer service not only lacks courtesy and assistance (please check my previous review for details), but it seems they are trying to pressure me into keeping these shoes. I kindly request that the company do the right thing and help me with a return label!
I purchased two pairs to see if they lived up to the hype from a family member. I got the toe post sandals in size 5, and they fit well and are quite comfortable. It was a nice surprise since I usually don't wear this style. The second pair was a set of black embellished back support sandals, also in size 5, but they weren't as comfortable and felt too tight across the width of my foot, causing some pinching. I'm disappointed but hoping they'll stretch enough to be worn comfortably. I would recommend the brand, but it's important to ensure the fit is right.
Absolutely amazing!!! I have special needs feet and ordered some of the new high-tech waterproof Chelsea boots, and they are fantastic! The leather is treated to be thick and waterproof while remaining soft and flexible. The soles are very sturdy and offer excellent grip, plus they are nice and wide for added stability. They incorporate a unique wobble board technology, which feels like a suspension system. They are both soft and supportive. With top-notch customer service, this has become my go-to shoe shop because they are trendy, stylish, and gentle on the feet. I hope they expand this range, and given the positive feedback, I believe they will. I'm excited to see what they introduce next. There are great shoes available elsewhere, but it's refreshing to find similar options here.

After noticing this, I reached out immediately via email but received no response. I followed up with another email, yet still heard nothing back. I'm really let down by the customer service, which is unfortunate because the trainers were nice. This experience makes me hesitant to shop here again, so be cautious when checking out.
