I cancelled my subscription via the website cancellation form on 3 September, yet the company kept charging my account. They even processed another unauthorized payment on 1 December and tried to send products I never ordered.This is unacceptable and deeply dishonest. Ignoring official cancellations and continuing to bill customers is a scam-like practice.I strongly advise potential customers to be AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ignoring official cancellation requests, continuing unauthorized billing, and sending unwanted items raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and business practices.I am now requesting a full refund and permanent termination of any link to my account.
