Extremely unethical and deceptive business practices.
FitForMe put me on a subscription without clear, informed consent. There was no transparent warning that I was signing up for an ongoing charge, yet they continued taking money from my account repeatedly.
To make matters worse, there is no clear or accessible way to cancel the subscription on their website. No cancellation button, no simple account option—nothing. The only way to cancel is by calling them, which is completely unreasonable and feels deliberately designed to trap customers.
This is especially disturbing given that many of their customers are people with medical conditions, post-surgery, or dealing with health issues. Expecting sick or vulnerable people to chase phone calls just to stop unauthorised charges is exploitative and unethical.
This behaviour clearly crosses basic consumer code of conduct principles and feels intentionally deceptive. It erodes trust and takes advantage of people when they are least able to fight back.
I sincerely hope Australian consumer regulators step in and investigate companies that operate like this. No business should be allowed to profit by hiding subscriptions and obstructing cancellations.
Avoid this company unless you want ongoing charges you didn’t clearly agree to and a fight to get your own money back.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This company truly scams money out of your account without you knowing. When I signed up I thought my fee was £10 a month and even their invoices of which I have only two do not reflect the money they have stolen from my account as it was much higher. The automatic renewal over doubles that amount too Needless to say after only 8 weeks and over £100 gone from my account I have cancelled this subscription. I’m stillScared they will scam more!! Their sign up policy is not only misleading but totally dishonest and having ran my own successful business for over 30 years, which too relied on our website, I know how important honesty is. Shame on this company and others like it who truly willScam you and not accept they are doing so. My advice PlEASE check their reviews before signing up !!! Wished I had !!! as i now see they are not honest in their business dealings and rely on their hidden information toScam people. They should be banned from Instagram and such market places !!! I cancelled my subscription via the website cancellation form on 3 September, yet the company kept charging my account. They even processed another unauthorized payment on 1 December and tried to send products I never ordered.This is unacceptable and deeply dishonest. Ignoring official cancellations and continuing to bill customers is a scam-like practice.I strongly advise potential customers to be AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ignoring official cancellation requests, continuing unauthorized billing, and sending unwanted items raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and business practices.I am now requesting a full refund and permanent termination of any link to my account.
Great way to add extra protein!I haven’t had weight loss surgery, but I started using the FitForMe Tasteless Collagen Protein to help boost my daily protein intake — and it’s been awesome.
