Not the best experience.I wanted to try and used the trial, being a busy mom , I forgot about the renewal window. When I noticed today that the money left the account I contacted support stra8ght away to ask for a refund as I wasn't planning to use the service, it is not compatible with my life and I don't believe it meets my expectation or the promiss to reach the goals set at the beginning.I was obviously upset as its over 50GBP and not my best time to spend this money, explained and almost begged for a refund.Instead I was told they don't give refund (I haven't even used the service and asked for it 1 minute after I've noticed money being taken away). Instead I was offered extra 2 months free to use the app. Honestly you can offer 2 months extra but can't refund my money or at least part of it. Never again, I have used other apps in the past, much cheaper and with great customer care. Be aware!!!
