Fantastic service and experience. I ordered a new exercise bike. There were some issues with the installation team. Norton was straight on the phone and talked me through the process. He sent links for me to send through photos then gave me step by step instructions, talking through the photos. He kept in touch over the next few days (by both phone and email) to make sure everything was working ok. Super helpful and one of the best customer services ever. Would recommend!
