I encountered significant frustration while attempting to cancel my membership with the company because of my relocation. I submitted my cancellation request on time, accepted the Move Option, and provided proof of my move multiple times through email, online forms, and in person at the studio. For several weeks, I received no feedback. When the company finally responded, they insisted on a deregistration document from Germany, despite the fact that I was never required to register there and thus cannot legally obtain such a document. Even after clearly explaining my situation and offering alternative official proof of relocation (like my employment contract and tax residence documentation abroad), the company refused to consider my case further and simply stated that “nothing has changed.” They also did not provide a clear way to escalate the issue. The poor communication and insistence on an unachievable requirement led me to escalate the situation to consumer protection authorities. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and poorly managed.

I visit this gym around 5-6 times a week. It's spacious, covering 5 floors with various facilities. Generally, I can find space to work out, even during peak hours. However, it's consistently messy and unorganized. The free-weights sections are rarely tidy, and if something is missing, it's likely on the floor. In the past year, I've seen staff tidy up less than ten times. While I understand the challenges of maintaining a large gym, I believe cleanliness should be prioritized. Additionally, some members don't wear shoes, which is unsafe and unsanitary, and many lockers are frequently broken. Despite these issues, the reasonable pricing and good workout opportunities make it tolerable.
The overall experience is fantastic. The facilities are modern and well-kept. The gym is equipped with the latest machines and ample equipment for all members. The staff is friendly and supportive, especially a representative who gave me a thorough tour of the gym. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.
