I ordered a Large size jacket and it was out of order. I was refunded and then asked if the Medium size was available. MR LUKAS from customer care helped me a lot and I carried out a re order.
Bought a pair Nike tiempo legendd 9 elite in 2024. Used for a season, then I got injured so didn't use for a whole 2025 season, and remained in safe storage. When I returned to play, my first time the soleplate detached from the boot. I started a claim, and unisport claimed this was normal wear and tear, despite images provided. I reported to Nike, who agreed this was not normal wear and tear, and now unisport have stopped responding. DONT BUY BOOTS FROM THIS SITE IF YOU WANT YOUR WARRANTY HONOURED!
Order from them about 6 months ago, perfect delivery and product. Got a problem (unusual damages for a pair that expensive) on my boots and noticed this to their service.
