After some Google research, it led me to Fitness Parts Warehouse. The part price was reasonable compared to others, and the added plus: Fitness is located next county over from where I reside. (Go green!) Being that close, I chose a distributor closer to me with the hope of saving time and energy so I could install the part sooner. Nope. Fitness 'tracking' (a plus) indicated the straw sized part was flown down by airplane from Pennsylvania to Washington DC (some 70 miles away)! And then transported back to me via warehouses in between over the next couple of days! Not the fault of Fitness; it's the supply chain. What a waste. I would have been better off just driving the 20 miles to get the part myself! But all is good and I'm grateful the part didn't need a passport. ;-)
I have an older bench but well built. I was able to find the part and order easy. It did take a little longer to receive then I expected, however when I call and left a message the returned my call the same day. Well worth the weight for the correct part (OEM).

What I liked most was the quick response to customer service on the correct parts for my Norditrac Elliptical. Other places threw the wrong part numbers and it wasted time for me getting my machine up and running. Now shipping charges high for the weight of the shipment and it was sent in two parts, but still in the end a great experience. Will purchase from again.
