I called to find out if they had a seat for my ProForm carbon CX home spinning bike. The seat on that bike for the manufacturer was grossly uncomfortable and anatomically incorrect for women. I spoke to Chris while we were talking on the phone, found a seat replacement on Amazon and suggested that I order it. He was very careful to make sure that it met the same specs as the Pro Form so that it would install correctly. He was right on! I received the seat yesterday and I'm a very happy customer!!
