Talked to "George" over chat I Tried to get confirmation that the product I ordered and paid for next day delivery for would go out today. I never got a direct answer but did get a smart ass reply and then the guy hung up on me. I then called and talked to his supervisor who I believe might have actually been George. Claimed he had reviewed the transcript. If not, he sounded just like him and was just as rude, but in the middle of our shouting match he did finally answer my question...right before he hung up on me again.
