FitnessRepairParts.com has been an absolute nightmare.
Need a treadmill switch and motor (certified Tech told us). Ordered parts. The tech goes to install the motor, it's no good, warped, it wobbles when it spins.
WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING - it's heavy and expensive to ship.
FitnessRepairParts.com ships us a second motor. One of the wires is severed and it's scuffed up, like it's used. Tech is now at our house for a third time, shows me how this motor is also no good. He thinks he can get one somewhere else, he does and installs it a few days later.
I request a refund from FitnessRepairParts.com on their chat since the order number now won't get accepted in the return tab on their web site. Get the run around, they can't give a refund, they'll have to speak with management. I log a ticket and try to contact them again. Nothing.

I had to pay a fitness repair business$200 to come to my home to determine no power was coming through the new power cord I ordered from this company. The company online rep would not waive the 15 day return for electronic parts even though within 30 days was the soonest I could get a repair person to look at the part and determine it was defective.
I talked to rep and he said vender had in stock and would be in my hands after 3 weeks, now 7 weeks later no part . I called the customer rep says well you knew it was out of stock, and said I would not be charged but … that still shows on my acc - so going to bank

Fitness Repair Parts was awesome! They had exactly what I needed and made it easy to find the specific parts by showing a diagram of my 10-year-old treadmill. The parts arrived in just a few days and were absolute what I needed. Thank you so much!
I have bought the same Cable Assembly, 190" (catalog# 24006745) for my Smith Machine from this company on at least three separate occasions. The same problem keeps repeating itself - fraying at the looped end of the cable. These cables should not be fraying so quickly. There seems to be a quality issue with the cable. I've called the company only to learn that my warranty has expired. No Luck!
Talked to "George" over chat I Tried to get confirmation that the product I ordered and paid for next day delivery for would go out today. I never got a direct answer but did get a smart ass reply and then the guy hung up on me. I then called and talked to his supervisor who I believe might have actually been George. Claimed he had reviewed the transcript. If not, he sounded just like him and was just as rude, but in the middle of our shouting match he did finally answer my question...right before he hung up on me again.
