FitnessRepairParts.com has been an absolute nightmare.
Need a treadmill switch and motor (certified Tech told us). Ordered parts. The tech goes to install the motor, it's no good, warped, it wobbles when it spins.
WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING - it's heavy and expensive to ship.
FitnessRepairParts.com ships us a second motor. One of the wires is severed and it's scuffed up, like it's used. Tech is now at our house for a third time, shows me how this motor is also no good. He thinks he can get one somewhere else, he does and installs it a few days later.
I request a refund from FitnessRepairParts.com on their chat since the order number now won't get accepted in the return tab on their web site. Get the run around, they can't give a refund, they'll have to speak with management. I log a ticket and try to contact them again. Nothing.
