I had a very disappointing experience with Fitness UP.Initially, they attracted me with special offers, which seemed like a good deal. However, when I went to join, they charged a joining fee and only after taking my money informed me about a €60 cancellation fee. This was never clearly explained beforehand.When I said I did not want to continue and asked for a refund, they refused, saying I was already registered—even though I had not signed the contract yet. I felt pressured and misled.I decided to continue using the gym, but after 3 months I was not satisfied with the experience and wanted to cancel. At that point, they told me I had to pay:€60 cancellation feeAdditional 17 days of fees (which was never mentioned earlier)This lack of transparency is very frustrating. Important terms should be clearly explained before taking any payment.Overall, this experience felt misleading and unfair. I strongly advise others to be very careful and fully understand all conditions before joining.
