I was charged for shipping despite it being advertised as free. An insurance fee was added without my request, and a week later, I faced an international fee. I have tried to reach out multiple times without any response. I’ve filed a complaint with the payment service, and if that doesn’t resolve the issue, I will escalate it with my bank. I also plan to report this seller to the appropriate authority. Please, steer clear of this fraudulent seller! I gave one star because it’s not possible to give less.
