I ordered a product. There was a timeline for returns. I sent them an email within the timeline. No response. At all. Ever. I then contested through my credit card. It took all of the 3 months for a denial. I still have not received any letter from them.
A fraudulent company. I ordered items from a seller claiming to be British. I paid through a payment platform and was charged an additional £5 for taxes and shipping. I received no shipping information. When I reached out, I received the following response: 'Dear customer, thank you for getting in touch. We apologize for any inconvenience. As we cannot locate your order information, please provide your order number or contact us using the email associated with your order, and we will update you on your issue as soon as possible. Best Regards, Support Team.'
Deceptively marketed as locally made, but it’s actually produced overseas. The support team provided no help when I raised my concerns. I do not recommend buying from this seller, as they seem to remove their advertisements when complaints are lodged.

Actually deserves zero stars. Stay far away from this seller. I intended to make a purchase through one platform, but it redirected to another. The order was not at the original price, no free shipping as claimed, and I incurred additional fees (which I have since canceled). Inquiries through the payment service revealed no tracking number, and my order number wasn’t recognized. I lost a significant amount because I wasn’t careful. The payment service was no help either. The offer seemed too good to be true! Caution advised.
This so-called company appears to operate from overseas. Their advertisements are designed to attract customers to a related webpage. They claim to sell a weight loss product that supposedly helps with transitioning off other weight-loss injections, but it’s doubtful you will receive anything, and if you do, it likely won’t work. Their website lacks any mention of these health products.
I don’t remember ordering from this seller. I noticed the charges when reviewing my account. There's no published contact number, just an email that resembles another one. Trust ratings are low for honesty. I will monitor my accounts for any unexpected charges. It’s extremely challenging to get someone to respond to inquiries. They eventually reply, but not to the specific questions I asked.
