A fraudulent company. I ordered items from a seller claiming to be British. I paid through a payment platform and was charged an additional £5 for taxes and shipping. I received no shipping information. When I reached out, I received the following response: 'Dear customer, thank you for getting in touch. We apologize for any inconvenience. As we cannot locate your order information, please provide your order number or contact us using the email associated with your order, and we will update you on your issue as soon as possible. Best Regards, Support Team.'
