I am extremely disappointed with FitsAir. We booked a flight (NDGYWZ) for our Honeymoon, but due to the Middle East conflict and the cancellation of our connecting international flights (Etihad), it is impossible for us to reach Sri Lanka.Despite this being a clear case of Force Majeure, FitsAir is refusing to refund our money to the original form of payment. Instead, they are trying to force a 3-month credit voucher, which is useless for international tourists who cannot reschedule such a major trip on such short notice. This policy violates IATA Resolution 824r and basic consumer rights. We love Sri Lanka and were planning to spend 3 weeks there, but this experience is ruining our first impression of the country's hospitality.I have already filed official complaints with the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (DGCA) and the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA). I strongly advise international travelers to be careful: if your plans change due to safety reasons, FitsAir will keep your money.Request: Please comply with international regulations and process a full monetary refund.
