This is the worst airline experience…

This is the worst airline experience ive ever had. Charged me $130 USD to bring a surfboard on a 1 hour flight. absolute scam and terrible service. Do not book if you can avoid it.

All trvaler travelers my experience one of west airlines this never booking any more him self they are canceled the booking without any information even they are not calling also my self i want airport before one my tickets confirm but suddenly they canceled the flight very bad i recommend this air no refund please stop this kind of airline westing time westing money the Gaverment Goverment shut take action about this and i will report internatol airline office all staff lair they don't how to headdling the costermer I'm highly unrecomend this airline very very bad don't fly with FitsAir i inform all company.and hotels agency to all one of the west airlines guy's this the Goverment shut take action cancel the air forever,

Predatory refund policy - Refusing cash refund for Honeymooners despite Force Majeure

I am extremely disappointed with FitsAir. We booked a flight (NDGYWZ) for our Honeymoon, but due to the Middle East conflict and the cancellation of our connecting international flights (Etihad), it is impossible for us to reach Sri Lanka.Despite this being a clear case of Force Majeure, FitsAir is refusing to refund our money to the original form of payment. Instead, they are trying to force a 3-month credit voucher, which is useless for international tourists who cannot reschedule such a major trip on such short notice.This policy violates IATA Resolution 824r and basic consumer rights. We love Sri Lanka and were planning to spend 3 weeks there, but this experience is ruining our first impression of the country's hospitality.I have already filed official complaints with the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (DGCA) and the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA). I strongly advise international travelers to be careful: if your plans change due to safety reasons, FitsAir will keep your money.Request: Please comply with international regulations and process a full monetary refund.

Very poor customer service.Especially from the person in charge of ground operations in dubai , He does not know how to speak to people and behaves in an unprofessional manner. He is not suitable for this position

They change the flight schedule without informing passengers. It is one of worst airlines to fly with . Keep away! keep away! keep away!

Crazy process

Customer service processes are a nightmare. I have asked 3 questions, one was answered. Huge delay in response time. Lack of clear communication. Could not cancel 2 from 3 flight ticket via the customer service email channel. Now I am still waiting how to proceed any refund.

STAY AWAY!

Our flight from Colombo to Malè was delayed 2 times in a day.Total 7 hours e 40 minutes delay, we spent 10 hours into the aeroport cause we were not notified.Obviously they don't refund.

FitsAir – because keeping your money is more efficient than provide service

I booked a flight with FitsAir and later needed assistance with a refund. Not only did they ignore multiple follow-ups, but their customer service provided nothing but empty reassurances. Weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for my money. It seems FitsAir is more committed to avoiding responsibility than to providing any actual service. Wouldn’t trust them again — not with my travel plans, and definitely not with my wallet.
