I really wouldn't recommend buying ANY running equipment from this company. I bought a treadmill for £2400 and its failed twice in 9 months. This is not the fault of this business BUT the aftercare is shockingly bad. They will not refund or replace my item and are not responding to me anymore so I'm now in the process of raising a dispute/Section 75 to get my money back. The first issue caused me to have a serious accident on it, covered in cuts and bruises due to the belt slipping whilst running and clip not effective. I wanted it replaced then but engineer said it had to be fixed and was insistent that it was safe to run on. Took me 2 months of healing and being confident enough to get back on it for it to then stop working after a handful of uses.
They said that because it was idle for a bit and dust was on the control panel, this is probably the cause of it breaking!
So basically a £2400 machine can't cope with not being used constantly and dust!!!!!!!!!
I will be fighting this all the way as I am disgusted with their attitude to this. Please please use a different company. I will make sure I get this message out as much as possible as I don't want anyone else going through this!!
