Do not purchase any products from this business, I’ve spent over £10k over the past few years with them, lately I’ve purchased a lower cost item (£58) that hasn’t been delivered and FITShop do not want to help in anyway, even though they’ve taken full payment. This business is not professional and shouldn’t be trading. Absolutely shocking behaviours.

I recently spent over £800 on a bike from this company, but my experience with the delivery service has been frustrating. The delivery team kept delaying the arrival on the scheduled day and then claimed they couldn't deliver because no one was home. I actually saw their van nearby when I received a message saying they left a card, but no card was ever left. They didn't even approach my property. I reached out to customer service since the delivery company mentioned it would take another 9 days for a new delivery. I inquired if it could be expedited, but the response was that refunds could take up to 14 days and would incur a £70 cancellation fee. There was no apology for the hassle caused by the delivery service, nor any indication that they would address the issue with them. This is unacceptable. I'm not willing to pay £70 for their mistakes, and I expect my payment to be refunded immediately, just as they took it right away.

I saw there van at the top of the road when the message came through saying they'd left a card. No card was left. They didn't even come down the lane to the property. I contacted Fitshop customer services as the delivery company said it would be another 9 days before they could deliver. I asked itmf it couldn't be delivered earlier for an immediate reply. Fitshop's response, up to 14 days for a refund and a deduction of £70 for cancelling. No apologies for the inconvenience their delivery company has caused, no attempt to sayvwell well speak with deliver company. Absolutely appalling. I'm sorry you are not taking £70 off me, you need to take that off the delivery company and you are not keeping my money for 14 days. You took payment for the product immediately, you need to return it immediately.
