I received a damaged Marcy Pm4400 Bench, wrote to fitshop straight away to show them the photos and the scratches that were all over it, they told me it was nothing to do with them because it was a Marcy bench. They gave me the email to Marcy, so contacted Marcy and they said I needed to contact Puretec. 3rd time lucky.. I thought let's email these now. Then the woman from Puretec very polite and straight to the point, she said that was shocking and the amount of damage ain't good enough! You need to go through fitshop. All along Fitshop was trying to pass the buck. Still not collected and still haven't received the new item and the customer service was shocking. Won't be using this company again. Be careful using this company.
