Where is my order???

Lack of after-sales support

I purchased a trampoline back in 2012, and everything was fine. However, if you need any parts, beware! I've been trying to get padding since 2018, and their response rate is very poor. Even with assistance from a representative in Germany, I still can't get the parts I need. I wouldn't recommend them.

Parcel arrived as promised

I received my parcel today, right on time and in perfect condition. No issues at all. The item is original and flawless. Thanks to the representative who assisted me; I appreciate the patience shown during this challenging period. However, I believe there could be improvements in communication and customer support.

Realized it's a fraudulent shop

I didn't realize this was a fraudulent shop until I tried to reach out when my order wasn't delivered! The email provided is fake! Someone is profiting from this scam website. I was misled by a reputable link - I have no idea how that happened! STAY AWAY FROM THIS 'SHOP'.

Thanks to my daughter, I asked her if this company was legitimate. She advised me to check the reviews, and luckily I did before making a purchase! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
