This service deceived my elderly mother into subscribing through a Facebook ad. She was unknowingly subscribed for six months, and the cancellation process online was a nightmare. After contacting support, they canceled it, but then reactivated it months later. I requested account deletion, and although they claimed to have done so, they continued to contact us for reviews.
