Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a 300lb weight set, but the delivery was delayed. I specifically requested a 7ft barbell and weights of 45, 35, 35, 10, 5, and 2.5. Instead, I received only the smaller weights. This has been a waste of money and time, and the return/refund process is frustrating. Very poor service.

Completely unacceptable

Completely unacceptable. I ordered a 300lb weight set, but the delivery was late. I specifically requested a 7ft barbell along with weights of 45, 35, 35, 10, 5, and 2.5. Instead, I received six boxes of only the smaller weights. This has been a complete waste of money and time, and the return/refund process is overly complicated. Very poor service and business practices.

Fraudulent practices

This service deceived my elderly mother into subscribing through a Facebook ad. She was unknowingly subscribed for six months, and the cancellation process online was a nightmare. After contacting support, they canceled it, but then reactivated it months later. I requested account deletion, and although they claimed to have done so, they continued to contact us for reviews. This is unacceptable.
