We ordered two burgers, one plain, which was undercooked. When I mentioned this, they insisted it was supposed to be that way. I requested it be cooked a bit more politely, but they returned it burnt on the outside to prove a point. Not impressed at all; I spent a considerable amount for two burgers, fries, a milkshake, and a drink. Very disappointed.
