THE BURGER WAS UNEATABLE. THE BUN WAS LIKE EATING A MOUTHFULL OF DOUGH. There was no garnish e.g. lettuce and the Mayo that I had ordered was missing. They claim the chips are hand cut, they are not. Most of my chips were dark, brittle slivers of potato and also inedible. The experience made McDonalds look like luxury food. I would never go there again. The experience cost me just over £21
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to great service. From the moment I entered, everything went smoothly—my order was taken promptly, the food was perfectly prepared, and the atmosphere was inviting. The burgers and fries were fresh, hot, and made exactly as I like them. It's clear the staff takes pride in their work and collaborates well. Absolutely a five-star visit. I will definitely return!
Decent quality, and people need to understand that yes, the price is higher than typical fast food, but the quality is superior—no frozen meat here. I spent a significant amount today for myself and others, but you get what you pay for, which is a quality burger. The shakes are a bit pricey but considered a luxury, and the fries were good, not the frozen kind. Just keep in mind that it’s not a fancy place; it’s styled like an American diner. The prices do add up, though.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries for delivery, expecting it in an hour. Over two hours later, I received a cheeseburger without bacon and no fries. I was frustrated and called the store, but they rudely informed me there was nothing they could do. All I received was a partial refund. Terrible experience. 0/10.
We had never visited before, and it was a delightful surprise! It exceeded our expectations despite some negative comments. The staff was attentive, and the food and customer experience were excellent. As customers cleared their tables, the team promptly cleaned up, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Even while busy, they provided outstanding service. Thank you to the team!
We ordered two burgers, one plain, which was undercooked. When I mentioned this, they insisted it was supposed to be that way. I requested it be cooked a bit more politely, but they returned it burnt on the outside to prove a point. Not impressed at all; I spent a considerable amount for two burgers, fries, a milkshake, and a drink. Very disappointed.
