Well I'm appalled Michael was suppose to be here 3 hours it took him less than 2, I wanted bathroom and cooker cleaned well still grease and grime in the cooker, as for the bathroom dust on towel rail, not touched shower rail, under cabinets grimy, grab rails in bath not touched, window not touched, radiator not touched, skirting board not touched, the list is endless, I'll finish the bloody job myself, not happy

They did a probate clean for us, the property was pretty filthy, the cleaners did work extremely hard and did an excellent job. It took them hours and they were still smiling when they finished. Be proud of your workers Five stars for Five Star Cleaners.
The company was extremely unprofessional and sent 2 clearners without informing or asking me if i was aware of this. I didnt know untill I was invoiced double (11 hours) as I had to pay for 2 cleaners which to my horror I only wanted 1 for a deep clean. My home is a small 2 bedroom and having 2 clearners. I stated I would pay for 1 clearner but offer was rejected. you would have think they would have done my whole house but they started moving slow towards the end I feel they was trying to gain extra time. I was then called by some man whom tried to threaten me and state he was coming to my home. The ladies was good and respectful if it hadn't had been for the poor communication I would have recommended and used again..but because of the poor and threatening behaviour I will not be using again
