I completed app offers through Five Surveys on 12 February 2026 with tracking enabled, but the offer failed to track. This has now happened twice.
Support confirmed they cannot credit the offer due to “technical issues.”
More concerning, I have an existing earned balance of £2.61 which they refuse to release unless I reach their £5 minimum payout threshold. They have also refused to escalate my complaint or provide a proper resolution.
This means legitimately earned funds are effectively being withheld unless I continue using the platform.
Very disappointing experience.
