I’m enjoying this site. Have the app on my iPhone and iPad and also use it on my laptop. There are a few surveys I don’t get selected for, but that’s normal on all survey sites. Otherwise a good way to make a bit of extra money and have not had any problem with getting paid. I tend to claim in multiples of£10.

After completing every survey I earned a reward of $5 and when I tried to claim it, they say technical error please contact support. I have tried several time contacting their support and open a ticket. But there was no response from their community support. They are just looting people and they are hard-working money.

I completed app offers through Five Surveys on 12 February 2026 with tracking enabled, but the offer failed to track. This has now happened twice.

Support confirmed they cannot credit the offer due to “technical issues.”

More concerning, I have an existing earned balance of £2.61 which they refuse to release unless I reach their £5 minimum payout threshold. They have also refused to escalate my complaint or provide a proper resolution.

This means legitimately earned funds are effectively being withheld unless I continue using the platform.

Very disappointing experience.

Almost every survey started saying I wasn’t qualified or screened me out immediately. I even opened a new account and updated my details, but nothing changed. It feels like a technical issue with no clear explanation. It worked well at the beginning, but became unreliable later on.

This is the second review I’m leaving because I just wanted to make sure it was seen. By other people to warn them and by this scratchy ass company. I was having issues cashing out and I was and still am not able to get a response from anyone. I did everything they told me, verified my account and again emailed them as they told me to do and not a word from them still. I haven’t been able to cash out in a week. Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It’s insane.

Unlike many reviews that I have read here, I am very pleased with 5 Surveys! They pay $1 for every survey, unlike other sites that pay pennies. You do have to be patient because for various reasons, you won't qualify for every survey and occasionally there is a technical problem. But overall 5 stars for me!

I completed 5 surveys and then wanted to cash out my earnings and was faced with a message " Technical error, please contact support". I have contacted them since Jan 9 and got no response . I went ahead to contact them via their reddit page, they acted like they wanted to help and them went ahead to ban me after deleting my post. Just avoid them . They are scammers . You will waste time answering surveys and then.. boom....

Edit : I said in my text that I contacted support since 9th January and no response . I have just sent another email now with the email address you gave me . Hoping for something better . I will come back and update if I get any positive feedback. Thanks

Been playing a game for weeks to get a reward and as soon as the reward is more than a few pound they refuse to actually pay out, absolute scam, dont waste your time customer service is useless aswell making you jump through holes and wait days stating they dont have the proof when I have sent them all the proof they could possibly want. Lying, cheating, robbing rotten app and support. I played a game for weeks on end and right now im struggling every single reward worked when it was just pennies got to a reward of 20 off pound and they wont pay out.

Mixed Feelings After a Year of Use

I’ve been using this app for about a year now. Initially, I found it enjoyable and a decent way to spend time on small tasks. However, whenever there's a worthwhile task in the games, it seems like the rewards decrease. For instance, I saw an achievement listed as $16.66 before reaching the checkpoint, but afterward, I only received $12.92. This has occurred around five times that I’ve noticed. I feel somewhat cheated after investing my time in it.

Frustrating Experience with Payouts

My experience has been extremely disappointing. When I attempt to claim the money I've earned after spending hours working, I receive a message stating "technical issue, contact support." It feels like a complete waste of time, as I won't receive any payment and the support team does not respond to my emails. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This service used to be reliable, but now I'm facing these frustrating error messages and not receiving my funds, which is very disheartening.
