By far one of the worse customer service experiences to date. Bought a Pro Art for near £3k and it glitched from day one and then failed on day 13. Had to spend most days chasing them to get it returned. Turns out that the reseller (5Tech) are running the return service. On the last call with them (24/10/24) i was told they had arranged collections and it will be between 0800-1100 on the 23/10/24. they didn't get the stupidity of this date. I would never recommend using them as once they have your funds your will spend weeks trying to get it back if your product goes wrong. Still no date for my return pick up and still £3k out of pocket!!!!
