I ordered a new laptop and paid for the express delivery ie 2 days. Four days later and no lap top had arrived so I 'phoned the help line and the person with whom I spoke didn't quite understand what the problem was. I said to cancel the order and organise a refund please. Another four days passed and I felt I'd really allowed enough time for my money to be refunded so I called the help line again and this time a young man named Ethan spoke to me, he was polite, understanding and promised he'd sort my refund and gave me an idea of when it would show in my bank account PLUS when I asked for an email confirming our conversation he sent it within minutes. My refund arrived exactly as he said it would and I wrote and thanked him for looking after me so efficiently, I think the previous person must have been a trainee who wasn't trained in listening to customers? I was sad that I couldn't get my order as requested but managed to purchase my desperately needed laptop through Argos.This is to commend Ethan as a helpful human being who did exactly as promised, what a delight!!
