After reaching out to support, I quickly received an email (at 9:00 p.m.) asking me to contact them via a form in the uploaded file. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response regarding my requests from over six months ago and a follow-up from a week ago. It seems that I won't get a response until I make a payment, but I would like to know if my files can be recovered first.
