After reaching out to support, I quickly received an email (at 9:00 p.m.) asking me to contact them via a form in the uploaded file. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response regarding my requests from over six months ago and a follow-up from a week ago. It seems that I won't get a response until I make a payment, but I would like to know if my files can be recovered first.
I had a corrupted MP4 file from a camera that no free tool could fix, and other paid options were too pricey for infrequent issues. This service resolved it in minutes, charging me only 9 USD at the current exchange rate, and provided a functional file instantly. It was quick, fair, and much more practical than buying expensive licenses I rarely use.
They are a scam! I used their service and was taken advantage of! They didn't repair my video but took my €20 payment. I reached out multiple times without any response. I even contacted my bank for a refund, but they couldn't assist since they use a payment service. I'm now trying to reach out to that service for help. While €20 isn't a huge amount, the principle of being scammed is frustrating.
