They are a scam! I used their service and was taken advantage of! They didn't repair my video but took my €20 payment. I reached out multiple times without any response. I even contacted my bank for a refund, but they couldn't assist since they use a payment service. I'm now trying to reach out to that service for help. While €20 isn't a huge amount, the principle of being scammed is frustrating.
