From start to finish, these guys were great. Their customer service was excellent - plenty of contact and updates and the two members of staff I dealt with were friendly, kind and informative. They provided me with a replacement car for the whole time my car was in the shop. When I collected the car, they showed me photos of the whole process and my car was clean and beautifully repaired.
