From start to finish, these guys were great. Their customer service was excellent - plenty of contact and updates and the two members of staff I dealt with were friendly, kind and informative. They provided me with a replacement car for the whole time my car was in the shop. When I collected the car, they showed me photos of the whole process and my car was clean and beautifully repaired. Great job!!
Dealt with really quickly for an estimate then went in for repair,car dropped off courtesy car waiting,the whole experience was so smooth !really pleased with the repair when picked the car up very shiny’the staff were all helpful and friendly especially lorna
Very friendly staff,letting me know what was happening every step of the way. Repairs were excellent,you wouldn't have known that there had been any damage. They even cleaned the car!Would recommend fix auto to everyone.

My Astra 9 month old has just been in the body shop to sort a leak in the boot under the guarantee. They have been very tenecious identifying the problem, i believe the rear bumper has been off and on several times. All sorted. Danielle and Dan have been lovely and helpful on the phone.
A stand out performance from start to finish from Fix Auto Weston Super Mare. Clear communication all the way through, what was happening and when, planned timescales were given and adhered to. Very fair in what work needed to be done and felt like quality was always put over saving a penny here and there. Car was handed over valeted and looking superb. Made clear to contact of if I had any issues or concerns after collection and none so far. Tip job and exceeded expectations. Well done Dee & Lorna and all the team that worked on the car.
Dominic is a class guy I needed a quick fix with some Reg plates and some other work to sort out with the car he was straight on it I’ll definitely recommend to anyone. He looked at the job and did it to a perfect professional level and sent me on my way…. I am super chuffed with the service.
The vehicle was initially scheduled for a 9-day repair, but it ended up taking 16 days because they damaged the air conditioning fan. This has made the whole situation quite stressful. On a positive note, it returned in great condition, although the pedals were muddy from the person who drove it back 😆
