However, a larger issue is that the company aggressively markets in Europe while only providing support in English and shipping from the US. The vehicle compatibility is also limited to US brands, which was misleading. I requested a refund immediately, but they shipped the device anyway. Although it could read some basic engine codes, it was not compatible with my car. I reached out for a refund, but after providing my details, I received no further communication. The constant marketing felt overwhelming, and despite my requests for a refund, nothing has been resolved.
