The device arrived on 12/12, and by 12/15, I was alerted by my bank about a $99.99 charge from them. I declined the charge. There are definitely ethical concerns here. Upon checking my bank statement, I saw that the charge was labeled "Recurring DDA," which suggests it wasn't a simple error. Now I have to go back to the bank to request a new card.

As others have noted, you must be very careful during the ordering process to avoid accidentally subscribing. However, a larger issue is that the company aggressively markets in Europe while only providing support in English and shipping from the US. The vehicle compatibility is also limited to US brands, which was misleading. I requested a refund immediately, but they shipped the device anyway. Although it could read some basic engine codes, it was not compatible with my car. I reached out for a refund, but after providing my details, I received no further communication. The constant marketing felt overwhelming, and despite my requests for a refund, nothing has been resolved.

Misleading Subscription Practices

I purchased their Bluetooth car scanner online and declined the premium subscription offer. However, after the payment, I received an invoice indicating that I had purchased the subscription. I immediately contacted them to cancel and request a refund, but they insisted I had to cancel through their website. The cancellation link just repeated their previous message. Despite my request, they shipped the product, prompting me to cancel my card to prevent any further charges. They are definitely not trustworthy!
