They renewed my annual subscription without notifying me beforehand and charged me $99.99. When I canceled and requested a refund, they claimed they couldn't locate my account. After several days of back and forth, they informed me that they couldn't refund me because I had canceled after the new subscription began. I would have preferred to be given the option to renew rather than have it forced on me. I've blocked them on my payment account to prevent this from happening again.
