After ordering and paying for a Cold Box Freezer Door in November '25, Fixpart delivered the wrong item, after contacting them, they requested numerous photographs, outside packaging, inside packaging, and photos of labels this was over a month, they then issued a return note, only to be informed with a photograph that the item was damaged, and they would only refund half the amount, I challanged this as firstly it was not a door and therefore was never taken out of the plastic bag, the item in the photo was filthy, I finally received my refund some 2 months later, after still trying to obtain said freezer door, I had no option but to try and reorder from fixpart as they were the only company with one in stock, that was December '25, it is now end of February and I have yet to receive the door, it was paid for on the same day, I have written to them on several occasions but have yet to receive a response. The company is impossible to contact, even if you email them they don't answer, there is no phone number, all in all pretty useless
