Never recieved item, fix part said i gave wrong address which i did not. No response from customer service after i sent evidence. Had to escalate through my bank to reclaim money back. Avoid company at all costs
After ordering and paying for a Cold Box Freezer Door in November '25, Fixpart delivered the wrong item, after contacting them, they requested numerous photographs, outside packaging, inside packaging, and photos of labels this was over a month, they then issued a return note, only to be informed with a photograph that the item was damaged, and they would only refund half the amount, I challanged this as firstly it was not a door and therefore was never taken out of the plastic bag, the item in the photo was filthy, I finally received my refund some 2 months later, after still trying to obtain said freezer door, I had no option but to try and reorder from fixpart as they were the only company with one in stock, that was December '25, it is now end of February and I have yet to receive the door, it was paid for on the same day, I have written to them on several occasions but have yet to receive a response. The company is impossible to contact, even if you email them they don't answer, there is no phone number, all in all pretty useless
My package got sent back to royal mail because the address wasn't clear. I have tried to contact the company twice but have heard nothing from them. No item and no refund. Hoping they respond soon...
I ordered a part for my cooker, but the item I received was not what I needed. When I tried to initiate a return, instead of processing it, the support team began questioning me. Ultimately, I was unable to return the item because two weeks had passed without any response from customer service. I would recommend avoiding this service if possible.
Not a local company!! I placed my order on 27 Nov and I'm still waiting for my part. The items are shipped from abroad, which I wasn't aware of before ordering, as this information is not mentioned on the website. They were held up by customs and then faced further delays with the postal service. Had I known they were based in the EU, I would have chosen a local option for faster delivery.
I ordered a part and paid for expedited delivery for a project. I expected it to arrive within two days at most, but tracking showed it was shipped from overseas and did not provide an estimated arrival time. The website does not clearly state that the parts are sourced internationally, and paying for next day delivery should imply delivery from the point of arrival in the country.
