I placed an order with this company for dishwasher parts that turned out to be incompatible. When I initiated the return, I was instructed to use the company’s return label to ship the items back. Despite following their instructions, they are now refusing to issue a reimbursement, claiming that the returned items were never received.In addition, their customer service has been consistently unprofessional and extremely slow. I have been required to resubmit the same information multiple times, with little to no follow-up or resolution. This whole process is being opened for over 4 months now without any supports.
