Very disappointing experience with FixPartI ordered several parts that were all listed as “in stock” with next-day delivery. A few days later, only two parts arrived. The third part suddenly showed a new delivery date several weeks away, despite being advertised as available at the time of purchase.What made things worse is that there is no phone number to contact—only an online chat, which is slow and unhelpful. I felt misled by the stock information and frustrated by the lack of proper customer support.I’ve requested a refund for the undelivered item and hope the company improves its transparency and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FixPart.
