I purchased two filters for the hood. To be able to install them, I had to open them from the package. I only opened one package, tested the filter on the hood, noticed it didn’t fit, put the filter back in the package, and sealed it with tape. For this, FixPart charged me 18% of the product's value, a sneaky fee. Even though the filters were returned in the packaging they were received in. Shame on you!
