6 weeks later STILL waiting for a run to the sun refund as the event was cancelled by the organisers . Multiple emails sent, 'live’ chat is not live and nobody responds back to you and I’ve tried calling many times to be on hold. This is incredibly frustrating and we want our money back.Regarding your response below we have sent MANY EMAILS over 6 weeks to that exact address you offer below.
