I couldn’t make it to an event I had paid for and was unable to sell the ticket. I wasn’t sure if it was possible to get a refund at all but when I reached out to customer service they were responsive and helpful and simply asked for proof that the event organiser authorised the refund. I really appreciated the support and I got a full refund after a few emails, thank you specifically Amelia, Fixr.

Incredibly helpful and very prompt response to my ticket lost issue due to SIM card swap.I contacted the company with a prove of payment and have promptly found my ticket and emailed it. I was worried it would be lost and gone but the finding of my lost ticket was not an issue. I appreciated the no hassle approach. Thank you
