As an organiser through FIXR, I like the platform. Its easy to use and doesnt (currently) have a monthly fee for its use. It DOES however have very slow and poor customer service for Organisers who are the ones paying their wages. As an Organiser through the platform, I shouldn't have to wait over an hour for a simple request. They also lack basic functionality within the platform such as - - should you need to cancel an event, you have to manually take each customers email, add it to your own email tool, and then send them the cancellation reason. being able to simply cancel an event and then send an email to all is such a simple thing. - there is no tracking for clicks and views for what the source is. Eventbrite has this. - no embeddable video option for landing pages to showcase events. This is a rather simple piece of functionality. - Im still on hold by the wayI waited 4 times after calling 4 times and being disconnected each time. Its unacceptable that a company of FIXRs size doesn't have better organiser support.
